Office Administrator (New Position)

Our client who are an expanding and an exhilarating company have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to work in Leicester, working in an established small friendly team.

The duties as an Office Administrator will include:

• Supporting the after sales team & purchasing administrator in all aspects of administration

• Sales Order processing in the spares and services department

• Ensure all incoming mail is sorted and distributes

• Organising transport for parts using TNT & Pallet-line

• Managing customer enquiries via email

• Completing all administration associated with returns/warranty's

• Updating the internal database

• Preparation of proof of deliveries

• Sending out order acknowledgments

• Other general administrative duties

• Supporting other areas during holiday and peak periods

The Successful Applicant for the Office Administrator will have: -

• Proven administration skills in a similar role

• Friendly and approachable personality to work in a small team

• Strong attention to detail with a can- do- attitude

• Be proactive /reactive to priorities to meet deadlines

• Able to use own initiative

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook
